Spencer Brown

Spencer joined The Providence Group brokerage team in 2015. He is a native Charlottean and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he received a B.A. in Economics. Spencer began his career in 2001 at Collett, a retail development and brokerage firm in Charlotte, NC, where he was responsible for its in house and third-party leasing portfolio.

With over 20 years in commercial real estate, Spencer has expertise in leasing everything from new strip developments to power centers, redevelopment, land sales and general brokerage, gained through hundreds of transactions with local, regional and national tenants.

Some of Spencer’s current clients include: InvenTrust Property Management, Inland Real Estate Group, DNA Partners, Pacolet Milliken, Colterra Capital, Hampshire Companies, Ares Management, Wasa Properties, Kite Realty Group, Equity Venture Partners.

Spencer lives in Charlotte with his wife Courtney and two children.
