Kristen is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina and moved to Charlotte in 2004. She joined the Providence Group Management team in 2024 as a Property Manager, bringing an extensive 20-year background in property management encompassing both residential and commercial sectors. Most of Kristen’s managerial experience has been centered around grocery-anchored shopping centers and she brings a deep understanding of this specialized niche. Currently, her responsibilities extend to overseeing not only grocery-anchored shopping centers but also industrial properties.
