As a Charlotte native with over 17 years of experience in real estate leasing, construction and development, Eric Howell has completed projects in various major markets along the east coast and developed a detailed skillset that has elevated his services to clients in Commercial Real Estate. Eric started with the Providence Group in 2018 in property management where he refined his proficiency in the commercial market and provides a specialized perspective on site selections and property merchandising. Benefiting from a foundation in customer service and construction, Eric Howell has established a focus on shop space leasing, land/outparcel discovery and detailed market reporting in the Carolinas that allow Eric to concentrate on his clients’ best interests and goals of the project.
