Lisa joined Providence Group Capital in 2024 as Director of Acquisitions and Investments. Lisa has a diverse background in finance, investment management and real estate reflecting expertise across many disciplines. She began her career in the banking sector at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) where she worked in Finance and Corporate Development. She was an Investor Relations Associate for Guggenheim Real Estate, LLC, a $1.2B public/private real estate fund targeting institutional and high-net worth investors. Additionally, she worked for Hayden Harper Advisory, a wealth management firm where she focused on trading, research and portfolio management and obtained her Series 65 license. Most recently, she worked for a high-end custom home builder in Charlotte, NC. Lisa received her B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Clemson University.

James joined Providence Group Capital in 2020. He is a native North Carolinian and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration. He received is Masters in Real Estate Development from M.I.T.
James has extensive experience in the ownership, development, construction and management of real estate. His real estate career started in 1991 as asset manager for a portfolio of $250 million of commercial properties and transitioned to developing for sale multifamily properties in 1997. Focusing on infill communities in Charlotte, his firm created almost 300 for-sale multifamily homes in six different communities. From 2004 until early 2010, James served as the founder and President of Westwood, a luxury homebuilding firm that developed, designed and renovated homes for investors and homeowners. During his tenure, Westwood built twenty two distinct homes worth in excess of $20 million. In 2011, he started BPA Capital Fund, an investment vehicle established to opportunistically purchase and redevelop properties across all asset classes, including the development of Helix South End, a $10 million townhouse community in Charlotte, NC. Continuing to focus on development and investment, he co-founded Outbox Self Storage in 2015. He has experience in troubled asset analysis, restructuring and disposition from a five year tenure at ISC Realty Corporation and a background in taxation from three years at Arthur Andersen and Co.
Bringing 15 years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, J.Q. joined the Providence Group as a Partner in Providence Group Capital in 2016 after working with MPV Properties and its predecessor companies.
He is a native Charlottean and a graduate of Sewanee where he received a BS in Natural Resources. His commercial experience includes development, site selection, land assemblages, tenant representation, landlord leasing, and program roll out. J.Q. has developed commercial projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Illinois, California and British Columbia.
J.Q.’s market knowledge and comprehensive understanding of real estate development have proven to be valuable assets to clients and investors.

Bringing 23 years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience, Eric joined the Providence Group as a Partner in Providence Group Capital in late 2016, after working with MPV Properties for twelve years and Core Properties before that for ten years. Eric is a native of Charlotte and a graduate of the College of Charleston. His commercial experience has included development, new store rollout programs for retailers, landlord leasing in addition to tenant representation. Eric has developed commercial projects and/or brokered commercial transactions in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and British Columbia.
His knowledge of multiple markets and aspects of commercial real estate over the last 23 years has created a strong benefit to clients and investors.
