Monday Night Brewing to Open in South End
Monday Night Brewing, an Atlanta-based craft brewery, announced today that it will be opening its fifth taproom at 2217 S. Tryon in the heart of Charlotte’s dynamic South End neighborhood.
The original vision was to transform the former auto garage into a food hall, but an instant connection was made between Providence Group Capital & Monday Night Brewing and it was immediately evident that this would be the perfect position for the award-winning brewery to land.
“It started innocently enough. Indie craft brewers meet commercial real estate guys to look at maps. But the more we talked, the more we realized how similarly we think about our businesses, our people, and the idea of place,” says Jonathan Baker, owner of Monday Night Brewing.
MENU: Along with a variety of beers such as fruited sours, lagers, IPAs and Scotch ales, customers can expect:
– Neapolitan-style pizza.
– Wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
MNB’s Charlotte taproom is currently under construction with an anticipated opening in early 2023. The 8,500 square feet building, on 1.13 acres, will offer one of South End’s largest outdoor open spaces.
Melissa McDonald and Lauren Faulkenberry represented Providence Group Capital.
Doerre is the general contractor. Redline Design Group is the architect, with Carrie Frye Interior Design tapped as designer. LandDesign is the civil engineer.
