HomeGoods opened last weekend at Jackson Plaza in Cookeville, TN. Hobby Lobby relocated and split the former Sears space with HomeGoods. Chattanooga-based firm Rise Partners purchased Jackson Plaza last June. The Providence Group represented HomeGoods in this transaction.
