Six years ago in Downtown Chicago, the fast-casual Brown Bag Seafood Co. launched their unique concept to the market. The idea was formed from a void in seafood dining for a healthy, quick option that didn’t require white tablecloths.⠀

The something-for-everyone menu follows a three-step format that allows you to pick a protein and pair it with grains, greens and veggies, or have it as a salad, sandwich or taco. ⠀

South End: Located in the Lowe’s building and will take 2,542 square feet⠀

Uptown: Located at Ally Charlotte Center occupying 2,756 square feet.
